Clarification of Rules and Moderation Policies on VoidForumsWe want to address concerns regarding recent changes in our internal moderation policies and provide clarity on specific rules to ensure transparency and fairness for our community.

Rule #4: Advertising of External CommunitiesCurrent Rule:
"Advertising a different community/board is prohibited, and doing so will result in account termination."
Background:
Recently, we’ve noticed an increase in spam accounts promoting Telegram (TG) channels—particularly those related to combos, proxies, and accounts. To mitigate this, we initially restricted the promotion of all TG channels under Rule #4. However, we recognize that many trusted and long-standing members rely on Telegram or Discord for legitimate business purposes, such as sharing samples or facilitating customer communication.
Clarification:
  • Allowed: Legitimate accounts may advertise their Telegram/Discord channels in signature spaces and content threads.
  • Restricted: Spam accounts created solely for advertising TG channels or other communities (e.g., NTO) will continue to face enforcement under Rule #4.
Our goal is to support genuine business promotion while maintaining the integrity of our forums by mitigating spam and unwanted advertising.

Sponsored Threads and Redirect LinksPrevious Rule:
A redirect link could only be added to your [VoidForums Service Name], leading to a cracked.io sales thread or your business website/storefront. Telegram and Discord groups were not allowed as direct links.
Issue:
We found that requiring users to redirect to cracked.io sales threads before accessing business Telegram or Discord channels created unnecessary friction for potential customers.
Clarification/Change:
You can now link your business Telegram or Discord groups directly in sponsored threads, provided:
  • These groups are strictly for your business operations.
  • They are not used as general communities for free drops, leaks, or unrelated discussions.
Updated Rule:
A redirect link can be added to your VoidForums service name and redirected to cracked.io sales threads, your business website/storefront, or your business Telegram/Discord groups.

Rule #11: Abuse of Stat SystemsCurrent Rule:
"Abusing any stat system, such as reputation, vouches, or likes, is prohibited. Activities like trading or demanding stats will result in temporary suspension and stat removal."
Background:
Since VoidForums’ inception, requesting likes for threads has been common practice (as it is on many social platforms). However, some users began abusing this feature by using threats or misleading tactics to gain likes. This prompted us to update our internal moderation guidelines, which caused confusion as users perceived staff enforcement as unfair or inconsistent.
Clarification:
Demanding likes through threats or misleading tactics is considered stat abuse and will not be tolerated. Examples of prohibited behavior include:
  • Threats: “Leave a like or get banned.”
  • Misleading Tactics: “Leave a like to unlock hidden content.”
However, requests for likes are allowed if done transparently and ethically. Examples include:
  • Politely asking: “Please click the like button.”
  • Demonstrating with a visual guide (e.g., GIF).

Commitment to TransparencyWe acknowledge that changes to internal moderation guidelines without clear communication can lead to confusion and dissatisfaction. Moving forward, any significant updates to moderation policies will be publicly announced, allowing users to adapt and share their feedback.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support in making VoidForums a reliable and trusted community for everyone.
