We've noticed an increase in threads primarily serving as advertisements, with limited focus on meaningful content. While we understand the value of incentivizing content creation, maintaining thread quality is essential for the community's overall experience. To address this, we've gathered feedback from the community and are introducing new rules for sponsored posts.
These rules take effect immediately and are not retroactive.
New Guidelines for Sponsored Content:Allowed Sponsored Post Rules:

1. You may only include the following line at the very top of your post:
   "This content is sponsored by [Your Service Name]."
   No additional images, designs, or service descriptions are permitted in this section.
   • A redirect link can only be added to
     
     Code:

     [Your Service Name]
     and must point to:
     • A sales thread on voidforums.net
       
     • Your business website/storefront
       
     • A business-related Telegram or Discord group
       
   Example of an allowed sponsored thread:
   [Link to example thread]
   
2. For Paste Sites:
   If your content includes a paste link, you are allowed to include the following at the top:
   "This content is sponsored by [Your Service Name]."
   No images, designs, or service descriptions may be included.
   • A redirect link can only be added to
     
     Code:

     [Your Service Name]
     and must follow the same rules as above.
     
   Example: If you’re sharing a guide on using ChatGPT via a paste site, your content should start like this:
   • First Line: This content is sponsored by [Your Service Name].
     
   • Content: This is how you use ChatGPT.

What Is Not Allowed:

1. Paid Advertising of Other Services:
   You may only advertise services you own. Violating this rule may result in an indefinite account suspension.
   • Note: You are permitted to advertise third-party services only within your signature space. Quality threads increase the visibility and value of your signature.
     
2. Hidden or Misleading Ads:
   • Do not include hidden advertisements anywhere in your post, including the hidden content area.
     
   • Example: Do not say "Click here for free stuff" and link it to a business or unrelated service.
     
3. Prohibited Text Advertisements:
   • Only the single line described in the allowed section is permitted. Any additional text advertisements are forbidden.
     
4. No Service Names/Advertisements in Thread Titles:
   • Service names or advertisements cannot appear in thread titles.
     
5. Hidden Content Restrictions:
   • The hidden content area may only include content-related text or links. No advertisements, redirects, or unrelated text are allowed.
     
   • Example: Adding redirects to your profile or business in the hidden content area is prohibited. However, you may include a footer message like, "Click here for more content," with a redirect to your profile at the end of the thread.
     
6. Other Prohibited Activities:
   • Anything outside the scope of the rules above is strictly prohibited.
